Pock being patient

The only NY Rangers defenseman not to play a single minute this season, Thomas Pock. Even a guy like Jason Strudwick got a game in this, so far new season, even with a talent level of well, he has no talent. Why, you may ask after this guy played alot better near the end of the season last year, recording 6 pts in his last 11 games, and recording 3 points in the 4 playoff games he played in.

"I really don't know what my role is, to be honest with you," said Pock. "I've done everything I can in practice. It's not something I can change. It's up to the coach." Asked yesterday about the situation, Rangers coach Tom Renney repeated his mantra of patience. He said again that he wants to get every defenseman into a game before long, and was aware of Pock's plight.
