Rangers hand Icelanders first loss in matchup 4-2

Straying out of the ordinary a little bit, the 4th times a charm. After losing the first 3 games, each by a goal, the Rangers finally pulled it out. And it came at the dispense of laughing at Rick DiPietro every time he gave up a goal. Each time he gave a goal, he seemed to have a spasm attack, and acted like he could never give up a goal. It was truly funny to watch, well atleast to me it was. The big 3 all had good games tonight. Jagr and Drury each had a goal and an assist, and Scott Gomez also scored a goal. The other goal was scored by Brandon Dubinsky. The Rangers very well and in reality they only gave up 1 goal. Michal Rozsival kicked the other one in when there was a scramble in front of the net.

There is now a 1st place tie between the Flyers and Rangers, and they have to keep rolling. Ottawa is up next, and they are coming off a 6-5 loss to Nashville at home tonight. And you know they aren't taking that lightly. With the strong play from a returning Ryan Callahan, and without Sean Avery for atleast the next 10 days, the Rangers have to find a way to win until then.

Game Notes:
-Bill Guerin has not scored in his last 12 games.
-Ryan Callahan returned to the lineup after missing 16 straight games.
-Chris Drury and Scott Gomez finally combine for over 10 goals (11).
